Residing on Summit Way, convenience is at your doorstep. A leisurely walk or short shuttle ride places you amidst Friday Flat, Thredbo Valley Terminal, a selection of local restaurants & retail shops, and the Thredbo Leisure Centre & AIS swimming pool.

European ski fields inspire our interiors, revealing carefully curated features including Baltic-spruce wall panelling aged over a century sourced from an Austrian barn and a fireplace mantle salvaged from a 300-year-old Austrian Alps winery. Complimenting this fusion of heritage and luxury, the dwelling’s artistry is a tribute to local artists and photographers, procured through Thredbo’s JK Gallery.

Perfectly suited for a family retreat or a group getaway, Summit Belle accommodates up to 8 guests within four luxuriously appointed bedrooms and four splendid bathrooms, each equipped with underfloor heating and towel rails. Ensuring comfort at its utmost, full ducted heating complements individual wall heaters in each bedroom, promising a haven from the frosty mountain air.
